5.timber timbre -creep on creepin on. this album could make the list on name alone. this is a great record that reminds me of a swamp but in a good way. album available on blog standout tracks:to old to die young, blackwater, lonesome hunter

7.the war on drugs -slave ambient. great road trip music from a band sounding like a mix of tom petty and bruce springsteen. excellent album. available on blog standout tracks:best night,i was there,come to the city
8.yuck -yuck. great 90"s throwback album. reminds me of the best moments smashing pumpkins use to have. available on blog standout tracks:suck,stutter,rubber
9.kurt vile -smoke ring for my halo. great sounding album from the guitarist of the war on drugs (you can def hear the similarities). reminds me of lou reed. available on blog. standout tracks:babys arms,ghost town
10.my morning jacket -circuital. great live sounding album from the greatest live band of our generation. available on blog standout tracks:slow slow tune, wonderful,outta my system
